Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatching whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at support@twoextralives.com or by phone at +918655271937.



Returns and Exchanges



  • We only do exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be exchanged within 4 days of purchase 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, customers may opt for a store credit.
  • If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers can contact support@twoextralives.com within 4 days with video proof of unboxing of the package, for an exchange or store credit.
  • If the exchanged item is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
  • If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • Validity of store credit will be 30 days.






Eligibility for Exchange / Store credit


  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt & proof of bill is required.



Process for Exchange / Store Credit :


  1. Please email us at support@twoextralives.com to initiate an exchange or store credit.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit / exchange.
  4. For online purchases, customers will need to pay return shipping fees.
  5. Exchange will take 7 business days.




 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items.
  • Cost of return shipping to be borne by the customer.
