CANCELLATION Policy-

RENTELLE FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

RENTELLE FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

Refund Policy for Two Extra Lives (not applicable to rental customers)

Thank you for your interest in Two Extra Lives! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

What can be returned?

You can return most new, unused, and unopened items sold on Two Extra Lives within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply, so please refer to the following:

  • Used Products: Items that show signs of use cannot be returned for a full refund. You may choose to offer a partial refund or store credit for these items.

  • Items Not in Original Condition: Products missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories may not be eligible for a full refund. You can decide on a restocking fee or partial refund based on the condition.

  • Items Purchased During Clearance Sales: Items on clearance or marked as "final sale" may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Personalized Items: Products customized with names, engravings, or other personalized features cannot be returned unless there was an error on your part.

What is the return process?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at humans@twoextralives.com or by phone at +91 8655271937 to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  3. Include the RA number on the return shipping label.

  4. Ship the item back to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping option, and your destination country.

  • Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply to your international order. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about these charges.

Processing Times:

  • Regardless of the chosen shipping option, please allow 3- 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse in India.
